The Focal Alpha 65 Evo 
Performance Active 2-Way Focal Alpha 65 Evo has a 1" (25mm) aluminium tweeter and a 6.5" (16.5 cm) woofer with Slatefiber cone developed and manufactured in Focal's workshops in France. This monitor features excellent dynamics and neutrality in its tonal balance. Its technologies mean that Alpha 65 Evo can guarantee excellent sonic coherence wherever you are listening.Its features include a 1/4" (6.35mm) TRS jack input in addition to the XLR and RCA analogue inputs.

Each sports a super-light, rigid, and fast 6-1/2" Slatefiber cone woofer and 1" inverted aluminum dome tweeter, in a bi-amped configuration that gives you plenty of clean headroom.
The thoughtful cabinet design includes a front-firing bass reflex port that lets you place your monitors closer to walls without muddying the sound. And its rounded corners help reduce a form of sound wave distortion known as diffraction. The tweeter's waveguide provides wide dispersion, so you'll get balanced sound throughout your listening setup, whether you're in a symmetrical control room or a bedroom studio.

Innovative Slatefiber woofer
Focal is the first audio manufacturer to use recycled carbon fibers in its speaker drivers. Manufactured in their Saint-Étienne workshops in France, the Slatefiber composite cone uses non-woven fibers with thermoplastic polymer for remarkable speed, rigidity, and damping.
The result is transparent and articulate sound, so you can hear everything
that's going on in the mix.
 
Studio-quality connections and control
You can connect three different audio sources using the 1/4" TRS and XLR balanced and RCA unbalanced inputs. And the +6dB sensitivity switch and bass and treble controls let you dial in the perfect response for your space.
